Privacy Policy
Who processes your personal data, why, for how long, and what your rights are.

1. Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is MindBe s.r.o., company ID 21205183, registered office Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic (“we”), operator of the website www.mindbe.eu.

2. What data, why and for how long

We need the required form fields to be able to reply; without them we cannot handle your message. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
3. Who we share data with
We process the data ourselves. To run the website we use these processors, who may only handle it according to our instructions:
- web hosting provider – the website and form data run on its servers,
- e-mail service provider – delivers form messages and the newsletter,
- Google Ireland Limited – website statistics, only with your consent; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We disclose data to others only where required by law (e.g. at the request of a court or authority).
4. How we protect your data
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff can access the administration, protected by two-factor authentication. Attached CVs are stored outside publicly accessible files, and records are deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
5. Your rights
- access – find out what data we hold about you and get a copy,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure – when we no longer need the data or you withdraw consent,
- restriction of processing and data portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent – newsletter via the link in every e-mail, cookies in Cookie settings,
- complaint to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Send your request to info@mindbe.cz. We will handle it without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
